I had plans to write about clashing personalities in the kitchen, until something happened in Las Vegas over the weekend. I was inspired. She moved to Knoxville in 2005 and has worked at a number of local restaurants, including Edison Park Steakhouse, The Orangery and Northshore Brasserie.
