Carol Scott grew up in Las Vegas and attended Le Cordon Bleu of Las Vegas. She moved to Knoxville in 2005 and has worked at a number of local restaurants, including Edison Park Steakhouse, The Orangery and Northshore Brasserie. She is currently chef at Peerless Restaurant and stars on the reality show "Hell's Kitchen" which airs at 9 p.m. each Thursday on Fox Network, Channel 43.
